biography

Chelsea J. O’Leary is the founder of Wiley Canning Company, a brand dedicated to food preservation and community. Her first book, The Wiley Canning Company Cookbook, is now available. Chelsea creates recipes and hosts workshops to teach others to can, pickle, and preserve seasonal produce.

She explores photography, through both a film and digital format, and she is enthusiastic about collaboration and content creation. Notable partners include Burrow, Elizabeth Suzann, Avaline, and more.

Chelsea values and seeks meaningful, curiosity-driven dialogue with others. She writes weekly through the Wiley Weekly Newsletter and bi-monthly through The CJO Review on Substack.
